Free Blackberry Text Editor Software
BBNotepad 1.1.2 Final Release

I have been waiting for years for a free Text Editor for the Blackberry. Finally BBNotepad was released as Beta Freeware. When I tried out BBnotepad on my Curve, I knew instantly it's going to become a must have software for your Blackberry. Now you have a free native TXT editor with the ability to save to your SD card. The convenience BBnotepad is someting your getting to get use too, you can just store readme files and e-books in txt format in your SD card and bring it with you. You can also make changes and save them instantly. My curves screens makes it very easy for me to read and make changes with the txt files and even some html files.
The developers of BBnotepad currently needs our help keeping up BBnotepad, Lets support them through the donationware system in their site.

I installed BBNotepad 1.0.5 on my BB Curve with an 8G card and then a 2G card. I continually had to reboot my BB after viewing txt files uploaded to my BB. This product need more improvement.

when will this be ported for any firmware above 4.2 or any device model above 8xxx? will not run on my Tour and i should not have to pay for a text editor.
