Did you unzip the download file before so you can load MyAlarm.alx to your phone using the Application Loader of the Desktop Manager?

I'm looking for a countdown timer rather than a clock-based alarm. In other words, I want to be able to set my blackberry to ring or vibrate after x number of minutes, rather than have to enter a time when I want the alarm to go off.
Another important feature would be to have the alarm go off EVERY x number of minutes, until I turn it off. For example, if someone needed to be reminded to take a pill every 4 hours or something like that.
Anybody know if there's a download that will do this?

Chronograph is a nice countdown timer, with features for alerts during the countdown cycle

Works fine on my Curve with the beep but won't play mp3s without asking permission every time it tries to play even when I've set the security to allow it. Have had it on two occasions either beep at a time that wasn't listed or not beep at all. Still, I like the different beep frequency settings as well as the multiple alarm capacity. Would like to be able to set the snooze times more specifically.
