How do I install? I downloaded to laptop and got weird results. Should I download directly to BB 7250?

I'm using Blackberry 8800, why is not allow me in Add this java application? It show "No additional applications designed for your devce were found"?

Where do I get new locations? Preset is Texas, but I am in Wilmington, Delaware. Went to Weather.com, but no location codes. They just wanted me to install a seperate app, which defeats the purpose of this one.
As for the "No additional applications" error: You have to unzip everything in the zip folder. Bits and parts are loaded seperately.
